1. Information We Collect

We collect only the bare minimum information necessary to deliver your academic files and provide customer support:

• School & Project Selection: To format your document accurately with genuine school emblems.
• Browser Session Preferences: Stored locally on your device to remember document canvas settings.

We do not require payment cards, banking passwords, or personal financial information. All academic resources are accessible directly.

2. We Never Sell Your Data

We have a strict Zero Spam & Non-Disclosure Policy. We will never sell, rent, or trade student email addresses or phone numbers to coaching institutes, advertisers, or third-party marketing brokers.

3. Data Security

All communications between your browser and Gradedeck are encrypted using 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL). Download links are protected using cryptographically random, time-expiring security tokens.

4. Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your order records and personal information from our database at any time. Simply send an email to privacy@gradedeck.com and our data officer will purge your records within 48 business hours.
