1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gradedeck (gradedeck.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of this platform immediately.
2. Nature of Deliverables (Model Study Aids)
All digital assets, pre-formatted Word documents, PDF project portfolios, survey charts, and Viva Voce flashcard decks provided by Gradedeck are intended exclusively as model reference guides to assist students in preparing original academic coursework. Students are expected to verify data and customize observations for their individual institutions.
3. Single-User Academic License
Downloaded files are licensed for the personal, non-commercial educational study of a student. You may not re-sell, redistribute publicly for commercial gain, or claim copyright over institutional marks.
4. Free Academic Access & Fair Use
Educational files, school crests, and CBSE project kits on Gradedeck are provided for enrolled scholars preparing academic coursework under Section 52 of the Indian Copyright Act (Educational Fair Dealing).
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of Gradedeck shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
